We are looking for an experienced Educational Consultant who can guide students across multiple study destinations, communicate fluently in English, and manage applications confidently using computer and online systems.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
What you will do
- Advise students and families on international study options across multiple countries.
- Help students understand university and program requirements and application steps.
- Review documents for completeness and coordinate application follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly with students, colleagues, and education partners in English.
- Maintain accurate student records using email, documents, spreadsheets, and online systems.
- Coordinate deadlines and provide reliable updates throughout the process.
What we are looking for
- At least two years of relevant educational consultancy experience working with study destinations across multiple countries.
- Fluent English, with strong written and spoken communication.
- Good computer skills, including email, document preparation, spreadsheets, and online application systems.
- Careful document handling, organization, and follow-through.
- An honest, student-focused approach to guidance and communication.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at our Kabul office.
